Her Fur Baby (herfurbaby.com) sells original pet-themed designs printed on demand onto apparel and home products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All products are made to order once you purchase - we do not hold pre-made stock. Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; the price at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept payment via Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Your order will not enter production until payment is confirmed.
Order accuracy
Because products are custom-printed, please review your size, product selection, and shipping address carefully before completing your order. Once an order is submitted to production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy for estimated production and delivery timelines. We currently ship within India only.
Returns and refunds
See our Refund and Return Policy. As custom-printed goods, returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, and branding on this site are the property of Her Fur Baby and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Her Fur Baby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
