Refund policy
Every product at Her Fur Baby is printed to order, specifically for you, once you place your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong size selected, or colour preference.
When we will replace or refund your order
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- - The print, product, or size you received does not match what you ordered
- - Your order does not arrive within 14 business days of the estimated delivery window
How to request a replacement or refund
Email us at team@herfurbaby.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. All orders on Her Fur Baby are prepaid via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets) - we do not accept Cash on Delivery, so refunds are always returned the same way you paid.
Before you order
Since each item is made specifically for your order, please double-check your size, product choice, and shipping address before checkout. Once an order has gone into production, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
