Shipping policy

We currently ship within India only. International shipping isn't available yet - sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it opens up.

Processing and delivery times

Because every item is printed to order, please allow:

• 3-7 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched
• - 3-7 business days in transit once dispatched (varies by location)

Total estimated delivery: 6-14 business days from order date, depending on your product and location. Areas outside major metro delivery networks may take a little longer.

 

Tracking

 

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. If your order includes multiple products, they may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one package.

 

Payment

 

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets).

 

Delayed or missing orders

 

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery window, email us at team@herfurbaby.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
